Shipping policy
UK Delivery
Ruth Clothing currently offers the following delivery options for eligible UK orders:
- Standard Delivery: £4.00
- Free Standard Delivery: on orders of £150 or more
- Express Delivery: £6.99
The available delivery options and any estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Processing
We normally dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Orders placed during weekends, bank holidays or particularly busy periods may take longer to process.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking or delivery information where this is available from the carrier.
Delivery Times
Any delivery dates or timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Occasionally deliveries may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other disruption.

Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
Please check your delivery details carefully before completing checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Ruth Clothing remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you, or to another person you have nominated to receive it.
If your parcel appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at ruthclothingltd@gmail.com so that we can investigate.
Free Delivery
Free Standard Delivery is automatically available on qualifying UK orders with a total order value of £150 or more.
Express Delivery remains chargeable even where an order qualifies for free Standard Delivery.
Returns
Delivery and return arrangements for cancelled, unwanted, faulty or incorrect items are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless otherwise required by law.
