We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizing information and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting and the screen or device used to view the product.
Measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide. Where available, customers should review the relevant size guide before placing an order.
Product availability is subject to stock. We may withdraw or discontinue products where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed, not of satisfactory quality or not fit for their intended purpose.

Ruth Clothing is an independent retailer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, RUTH LIMITED trading as Ruth Clothing is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorised representative, distributor or official stockist of any designer, brand or fashion house whose products are offered for sale through our store.
Designer names, brand names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and may be used on our website solely to identify and describe the products offered for sale.
The appearance of a designer or brand name on our website does not imply a partnership, agency, sponsorship, endorsement or other official commercial relationship between Ruth Clothing and that designer or brand.
4. ORDERS
When you place an order with Ruth Clothing, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in that order.
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provide.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- an item is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; or
- we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices on our UK store are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
The total amount payable, including applicable delivery charges and taxes where required, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Delivery charges are calculated according to the delivery option selected at checkout.
Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and any other payment methods that we may make available at checkout.
We do not directly store your full payment-card details.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and delivery charges are displayed at checkout and may also be described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered into your physical possession or into the possession of another person you have nominated to receive them.
If you independently arrange your own carrier and that carrier was not offered by us as a delivery option, responsibility may pass when the goods are handed to that carrier.
If an order appears to have been lost or damaged before delivery, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
7. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
For most UK online purchases, you normally have the right to tell us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods.
After notifying us of cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
You may inspect and try on clothing in the same way that you reasonably would in a physical shop. Where goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them and their value has been reduced, we may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law.
Separate statutory rights apply where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

Sale or discounted items continue to benefit from applicable statutory consumer rights.
A reduced price does not remove your legal rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or where statutory cancellation rights apply.
